Is Time Travel Possible ?

Time travel is one of the most fascinating topics among modern minds. This article lays emphasis on the idea, possibility and challenges to travel across ages.

We are now very familiar with the concept of hypothetical travelling across time frames. In 1895 , a novelist H.G. Well published a book "Time Machine" in which he wrote about the wonders of time travelling but without any science. In popular cartoon series Doraemon who comes from future uses Time machine. In today's hollywood movies it seems to be reality.

But the most reasonable question is 'Can we do time travel ? Is it scientifically feasible ?'. Before jumping to the word 'Time-Travel' , one must understand what TIME really is. In my observation of a few months , I realised that when events occur, processes get completed , like a bud turns into flower, a child grows etc , we come to know that time has passed away. But in modern physics as the renowned scientist Einstein proposed in his special theory of relativity , TIME is far complex and deep thing. He talked of a model of 4D Space and Time. According to him Time can be used to denote an event as the fourth coordinate. However, some intellectuals like the Sadhguru believe that there is nothing like time.The Curvature of Space actually gives rise to phenomena and physical world.

One doesn't know where the future world exists but we certainly know that the past world of just a minute before was here. So the system or arrangement in which the whole cosmos was existing a minute ago has now changed. Planets have revolved, people on Earth have moved etc. So, it is now clear how with passage of time the universe changes. But , is there any way to go the previous arrangement of all sub-atomic particles in the entire universe ? This is the basic of Time travel. 

I think of two aspects of travelling across different times :

1. Without interfering to present system and then going to another universe where the past was. Some people call it as Parallel universe.

2. I think it is based on Einstein's theory , we may change the pace of time in either direction to future or past in which cosmos' arrangement will either be restored or moved to new arrangement.

These were some basic ideas that came to my mind. As I'm in class  eleventh , my mind will still assimilate the known knowledge and grow to observe the reality of all the universe.
